Maine OUI & DWI associate attorney Vincent S. LoConte grew up in Winthrop, Massachusetts and moved to Maine in 2010 to study at the University of Maine. He went on to graduate magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Management and a concentration in Criminal Justice.
Vincent also was a graduate of the University's Honors College. Vincent fell in love with Maine and decided to attend law school at Maine Law in Portland where he graduated cum laude in 2017.
While in law school, Vincent interned with the York County District Attorney's Office for two years. He later interned with Webb Law for a year.
Vincent was hired by Webb Law Firm in 2018. Since his hiring, Vincent has been put into accelerated courses to sharpen his trial skills, when offering criminal legal services to his clients.
Since then, his legal education has been enhanced by receiving multiple, advanced training courses for OUI defense, criminal trial practice and learning ways to win difficult felony or misdemeanor cases. These cutting-edge training courses on breathalyzer technology, NHTSA standardized field sobriety tests, DRE Officer training protocols and criminal trial practice bolstered his ability to litigate tough criminal cases.
Vincent is the current President of the York County Bar association and loves being an active member in his community. He is passionate about volunteering to help rescue dogs on top of taking care of two dogs of his own. His favorite movie is "My Cousin Vinny" and he is a die hard Boston Celtics fan.
