Dispositional Conferences are you and your attorney’s opportunity to resolve your case, identify issues, get the judge involved in the process, set your case for motions or set it for a trial. Only your attorney can meet with the judge in person or on a video platform along with the prosecutor. You are required to remain in the courtroom while your attorney meets with the judge and prosecutor in chambers.
